VAT return (VAT4) guide
The VAT return reports the VAT you charged customers and the VAT you paid suppliers. You pay the difference, or claim it back if you paid more than you charged.
Who needs it

When and where to file
Deadline: Usually by the 10th day of the second month after each quarter ends.
Where: Filed online through the Tax Department's VAT/TFA system.
Step by step
- 1List all sales invoices in the quarter and the VAT on them (output VAT).
- 2List all purchase invoices with VAT you can claim (input VAT).
